Entirely designed, realized and patented by Tecnomacchine, the deburring machine TM 250 with rotary table is able to deburr and brush up to 240 work parts per hour on both sides.
During machining it is possible to unload the finished work part and load a new part, thus drastically reducing the cycle time. It is possible to process spur gears with a diameter between 30 and 300mm. The set-up times are very short.
The guard enables to work in optimal safety and hygienic conditions, the workplace being completely guarded.
The machine is controlled by a PLC programming device with LCD display.
